Project Overview

I worked on designing core product flows for a premium trading tools platform, focusing on improving navigation, team management, and promotions. This included redesigning the sidebar, introducing Discord integration, enabling team access management, and creating a system for discounts and free trials. The goal was to simplify complex logic into clear, intuitive experiences while keeping everything consistent across the product.

The Challenge

The platform needed a clearer way to manage key parts of the product like navigation, team access, and promotions. As new features were added, some flows started to feel fragmented and harder to navigate, especially when dealing with things like roles, integrations, and pricing logic.

The challenge was to bring structure and clarity to these experiences while keeping everything consistent and scalable as the product continued to grow.

The Approach

I was responsible for designing and improving core product flows across the platform, including navigation, team management, and promotions. My work involved product thinking, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and refining interactions to ensure the experience was intuitive, scalable, and consistent.

The Solution

The goal was to bring structure and clarity to these experiences while keeping everything scalable and consistent across the product. That meant a redesigned sidebar, a Discord server integration, team access management with roles and invitations, and a promotions system covering discounts and free trials.

The Impact

The result was a more structured and scalable product experience, making navigation, team management, and promotions easier to understand and use. Complex logic was simplified into clearer flows, while maintaining consistency across the platform.
